It's a beautiful Sunday morning here in Captain Cook. We've got our new chalkboard sign out on the road and today we're offering our customers some delicious Banana Bread French Toast & Gluten Free Pancakes for breakfast. I'm thinking these will be standard items on our menu. Our friend Jason brought over 2 small refrigerators so we'll be able to set up a more efficient breakfast station in the kitchen. There's always something to expand on here at Up Country!
